There is no need to reinvent the wheel. Sometimes you need to just slap rims on it and just like that you have a whole new wheel. This new take on the classic gin & tonic is the same way. Here are the things you’ll need in order to recreate this classy cocktail.
Blackberry and Lemon Gin & Tonic
12 Blackberries
20 Fresh Mint leaves
2 Lemons
1/4 Simple Syrup
12 ounces good quality Gin
Tonic water
Ice

Fill cup with ice
Pour Gin
Add a splash of tonic water
1/4 cup of simple syrup
Add Lemons + Blackberries
Garnish w/ Mint Leaves
Stir
